My name is Mishkat Bhattacharya. I am a professor of physics at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I think of the story as a device which human beings use to make sense of facts. The stories on this blog will likely be historical (from the past), breaking (from the present), or futuristic (...correct). They typically reflect my interests centered around aspects of the culture of science such as
